Aaron Pitchkolan will not visit Tottenham Hotspur's training facility in London.
As the San jose Earthquakes arrived in London and will have the first of their 3 training sessions on their partner's training grounds, the club announced today that the central defender has been waived.
With Jason Hernandez and Brandon McDonald likely to start and Ike Opara ready to replace one of them at any time if necessary, Bobby Burling and Aaron Pitchkolan were likely to sit on the bench most of the time. The staff decided to release one of them.
Yesterday, the club also announced that the team will host the Houston Dynamo in a friendly pre-season game on Wednesday March, 20 at 7 pm at Kezar Stadium, San Francisco.
